Shipping Policies
PAMPA uses the services of Correos de Costa Rica to ship across the country. At this moment, shipments are only available within Costa Rica.
Shipments are made through Correos de Costa Rica nationwide with an additional cost of ₡1,700 (within the Greater Metropolitan Area - GAM) or ₡2,350 (outside of GAM).
Once the package is handed over to Correos de Costa Rica, we will send you the tracking number so you can follow it here: https://correos.go.cr/rastreo/.
Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, excluding holidays or weekends. This time may vary depending on the geographic area or the current workload of Correos de Costa Rica.
Once the package is handed over to Correos de Costa Rica, it is their responsibility to ensure it reaches you. PAMPA is not responsible for the delivery. If any issues arise during delivery, you can report the case to: srvclientes@correos.go.cr or call Correos’ direct line at 800-900-2000. Correos de Costa Rica will make 2 delivery attempts to the specified address. If, after these 2 attempts, Correos de Costa Rica fails to deliver the package due to an unsuccessful contact attempt or incorrect address details, the package will be returned to PAMPA as an undelivered attempt. In this case, to resend the package, you will need to make a new payment based on your requested zone to coordinate the second delivery attempt.
Fragile Products: Fragile items will be shipped with all necessary packaging precautions for protection, and the courier will be informed that it is a special-care product. However, we are not responsible for how the courier handles the item during transport.
