1. Clothing or Product Exchange Policy
At PAMPA, we strive to ensure you have a great experience when acquiring our garments or products. For this reason, we have different policies that will help you better understand how we can support you to make this experience the best possible.
For clothing exchanges, we consider the following situations:
• Exchange for size
• Exchange for color
• Exchange for another item
• Exchange for warranty
We offer a 15-day window for exchanges. The exchange period begins from the moment you receive your package through our delivery services.

Conditions for Applying the Exchange Policy regarding clothing:
To comply with the exchange policy conditions, the item(s) must be new, unused, with the tag attached, and in the same condition as when received. The PAMPA team will conduct a detailed review before applying the exchange policy. Once the condition of the item(s) is confirmed, the exchange policy will either be applied or denied.
For exchanges due to warranty, the PAMPA team will confirm that the exchange is indeed covered under the product warranty. You will have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to request the exchange.
To process any exchange, it is essential to present the electronic or physical invoice.
If the aforementioned steps are not followed, PAMPA will not process the exchange.

Important Considerations for Applying the Exchange Policy:
• The exchange is only valid once. We do not accept exchanges on previous exchanges. This is to protect the items and products.
• If you are requesting an exchange for clothing, it’s important to note that items that have been used or improperly washed will not be exchanged.
• If you are requesting an exchange for damaged clothing, and the damage was caused by choosing the wrong size, the item will not be exchanged.
• The exchange policy does not apply to hats.
• PAMPA does not provide cash refunds for returns. Exchanges must be made for another available item or product. If there are no items or products of interest, we will issue a credit note valid for 60 days. The shipping cost will not be considered part of the purchase when issuing the credit note, as it is a third-party service.
• The credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. This means that only the remaining days will be considered for the validity of the 60-day guarantee.
• In case of loss or misplacement of the credit note, PAMPA is not responsible and therefore the exchange policy will not apply.
2. Product Warranty Policy
It’s important to take into account the following situations that would prevent the application of our product warranty policy:
• If the exchange is due to damage caused to the garment and not due to a warranty issue.
• If the item was chosen in the wrong size, causing damage to the garment.
• Garments exposed to chemical products that cause discoloration.
• Garments altered or modified by the customer.
• Incorrect washing and care instructions were followed for the garment.
Consider the following situations that allow the application of our product warranty policy:
• If the garment has any defects and all care and washing instructions were followed.
• Improper stitching and seams.
• Manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover the shipping cost if the order is sent through courier services. This will be the customer’s responsibility. Delivery should be coordinated with PAMPA through WHATSAPP at +506 6050-9808
